What are Egg Whites?
Egg whites are exactly that, 100% pure liquid egg whites, just as if you cracked and separated them yourself at home. The only thing we did was to pasteurize them to remove salmonella and any other bacteria. Then we triple filtered them to remove all the egg texture making them deliciously smooth. They are gluten-free, lactose-free, and Non-GMO. There are no additives or preservatives, and no artificial ingredients or food colorings.
